Physical Therapist, PT – Home Health

As a Physical Therapist (PT), you will:

Evaluate and treat patients with physical disabilities or limited mobility in a home care setting
Develop and implement treatment plans to manage pain and enhance mobility using exercises, stretching, and equipment
Educate patients and their families on rehabilitative care and activities for promoting health and independence
Collaborate with other healthcare providers to achieve optimal patient outcomes

To be eligible as a Physical Therapist (PT) with us, you need:

Current unrestricted license to practice as a Physical Therapist (PT) in the relevant state
Current CPR/AED/BLS/First Aid certification
Access to reliable transportation to and from care sites or work locations
At least one year of professional experience as a Physical Therapist (PT) in home health or a similar environment
