    Overview

    Responsible for the delivery of program service support and referrals through the Comprehensive Energy Assistance Program (CEAP), and related programs. Coordinates access to needed services, materials, programs and information for all clients.

    Responsibilities

    • Performs in-take and assures that all documentation is provided for applications for assistance for the CEAO, WAP, and related programs.
    • Requests energy consumption reports from energy vendors.
    • Responsible for maintaining files and payment history reports.
    • Responsible for documenting family progress by preparing, updating and maintaining progress notes and goals on the Activities and Contact Record.
