    Description

    Job Requirements:
    The Line Cook will assist the Executive Chef in handling all aspects of the kitchen operation. All duties are to be performed in accordance with Executive Chef's standards within company policies, practices, and procedures.

    Support Chef with all menu prep and execution
    Work well as part of a team in an often fast-paced environment
    Maintain a positive attitude and promote a respectful work environment
    Ensuring high food quality and thoughtful plating (as set by Chef)
    Ensure a clean and organized kitchen and prep space (including regular deep cleanings)
    Complete station inventories and checklists
    Demonstrate safe food handling procedures such as dating, labeling, and rotating
    Be able to safely operate and clean all kitchen equipment
    Ensure compliance with the local health department and other regulations
    Passion for food and flavor, commitment to cleanliness, and professionalism
    Strong multitasking skills and problem-solving abilities (understanding that things will go wrong in this industry)
    Strong knife skills
    Punctual and reliable
