    About the role:
    We are looking for a Learning Administrator to support our portfolio of projects.

    This will involve working with SOI team members and business colleagues across Wiley, supporting a range of business change and learning activities.


    The ideal candidate will have experience of coordinating learning programs, using learning technologies and business tools to effectively coordinate, track and report on our learning programs.

    They are proactive, detail orientated, and comfortable with setting up and developing new systems and processes.

    As part of the SOI Change Management team, excellent communication, relationship management and IT skills are a must.

    How you will make an impact:

    Working closely with Learning Services and Change Management colleagues to establish, develop and administer effective methods of learning administration to support our projects and Community of Practice.

    Developing and managing positive, collaborative relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors.
    Becoming the team's main user of Workday Learning, organizing, and uploading learning content ensuring standard processes are followed.
    Responding to user queries and troubleshooting issues promptly.
    Generating reports to monitor and track learner progress and feedback on SOI learning activities.
    Coordinating and providing input into design reviews.
    Identifying opportunities for process improvement and optimization of learning systems.


    What we are looking for:
    Minimum of 3 years of experience in an administrative role, coordinating, tracking, and reporting on learning activities.
    Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, information technology, computer science, or a related field.
    Experience of working in the Publishing sector (desirable, not essential).
    Knowledge of e-learning principles and instructional design (desirable, not essential).

    Experience of working with learning management systems (e.g., Workday), authoring tools (e.g., Articulate), multimedia production tools (e.g., Camtasia), assessment management tools (e.g., Questionmark) and emerging learning technologies, such as generative AI tools.

    Fully conversant with Microsoft 365 (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, SharePoint, Teams, Sway, Forms, Viva Exchange).
    Sharp attention to detail and brand awareness.
    Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
    Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to manage their time across multiple projects simultaneously.
    Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
