    Location Fountain Valley, CA Purpose
    The Senior Manager, HR Business Partner (Sr. Mgr.,HRBP) position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management in designated business units. The position serves as a consultant to executive management on human resource-related issues, driving change and organizational development.

    The role assesses and anticipates HR-related needs of the organization, proactively communicating these needs with our HR department and business management.

    The Sr.

    Mgr.,HRBP develops data-driven recommendations and integrated solutions, forming partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-added services that better align executive management and employees with business objectives.

    Additionally, the role \ maintains an effective level of business literacy regarding the organization's strategic plans, culture, and goals. Major Responsibilities
    Act as trusted advisor to executive management assisting them in carrying out their business and functional plans.

    Ability to lead, develop, and inspire a team (may include leading managing HRBP Managers and/or Assistant Managers) in a high growth, rapidly changing environment.

    Ability to understand business goals as well as design and implement innovative approaches for continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development of HR.

    Ability to an influential and credible senior HR leader within the team and providing the necessary support, follow up and leadership to ensure desired results.

    Facilitate all HR programs and strategies in support of the client group through deep collaboration with the clients, HR functional groups, and other HR business partners.

    Provide performance management guidance to management (e.g., coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary actions).

    Solutions focused and comfortable working in an environment which demands strong deliverables along with the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.

    Provides guidance and coaching to leaders on employee relations issues, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution with a focus on developing scalable processes and practices.

    Provides guidance and input on business function restructures, workforce planning and succession planning. Major Responsibilities (continued)

    Proactively assess business and organizational performance to recommend and drive data driven action that support strategic objectives through a consultative, "influence without authority" approach.

    Contribute to organizational design and restricting efforts, aligning structure with strategic goals and enhancing overall effectiveness and efficiency.

    Leverage data to identify trends and make recommendations for improvement in people processes and practices, with a focus on developing scalable solutions.

    Experience with rapid and complex changing work environment.

    Operates with autonomy and discretion; successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure high level of employee experience and engagement.

    Conduct separation processes including exit interviews, employment documents, payroll coordination and meetings as employees transition out of the Company.
    Maintains in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day management of employees, reducing legal risks, and ensuring regulatory compliance.
    Lead a team of HR professionals at various levels. Authority
    Exercise independent judgement with employee relations-related decisions.
    Provide recommendations to executive management regarding employees, business restructures, necessary trainings.
    Manage and sign off on approved budget amounts.
    Use advanced knowledge to provide direction to HRBPs. Education ~ Bachelor's degree preferred~ Master's degree a plus Related Experience
    Eight or more years of direct HR experience.
    Three or more years of supervisory experience is required.
    Automotive OEM industry experience is preferred. Skills/Knowledge
    Broad knowledge of HR functions to exercise sound judgment in decision making.
    Experience in Employee Relations with specific experience in grievance and conflict resolution.
    Ability to quickly build trusting relationships, gain credibility, and partner with leaders and peers.
    Adhere to the highest degree of professional standards and strict confidentiality in matters that require discretion.
    Demonstrated ability to influence and partner within a diverse organization to help drive business results
    Ability to motivate, influence and optimize working relationship senior leadership and other internal and external stakeholders.
    Demonstrated ability to work in and manage ambiguity – dealing with issues that do not always have a process or a system in place
    Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP/SuccessFactors, Visio. Certification
    PHR, SHRM-CP, or HRBP certification desired.

    Actual pay will be based on skills, experience and education. Our total rewards package includes base salary, bonus and benefits.
