- RFP requests, reviews and related contract negotiations and contract, change order and work order execution support
- Participation in budget development, vendor relations and vendor performance evaluations
- Support of continuous improvement
- Other duties, as required
- 6 years of relevant clinical outsourcing experience, including contract negotiations, managing RFP lifecycles, budget planning, contract execution process support, etc. The majority of this experience should be in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Solid understanding of the drug development process, and the workflow of Clinical Development, Clinical Operations, and other related functions
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal and negotiation communication skills, and proven Microsoft Office Suite skills
- Good business acumen
- Bachelor's degree
