Job summary:
Working under direct supervision level one deburr operators perform basic deburr operations such as edge breaking and simple surface finishing tasks using deburr tools such as swivel and straight edge knifes
Responsibilities:
- Reads blueprint or job order and tooling instructions for specifications. ,
- Lifts work piece manually places it in fixture or jig or on machine table,and secures it with clamps ,
- Selects proper deburring wheel for type of materialand mounts to motor. ,
- Removes burrs an assure proper finish to work peice
