Job Responsibilities

Perform engineering design work for projects assigned and liaising with the consultants and customers to meet contractual specification.

Preparing and reviewing Electrical, instrumentation, and control design documents, which include, Single Line Diagram, Electrical load list, Functional Descriptions, Instruments list, Technical Specifications and etc.

Reviewing technical submissions of tender documents and prepares relevant documents and drawings for tendering.

Evaluate proposal and ensuring technical compliance from suppliers and vendors.

Assisting in updating and maintaining the Engineering design database and all relevant documentation in the department.

Participate or work with vendor during Software development and FAT or software simulation

Prepare T&C procedure for project assigned

Assist Project team in consolidating and review of supplier O&M manual for onward submission to client

Enhancing overall environmental, safety, and quality work activities to meet management objective(s) set for the department and customer satisfaction.

Providing technical support to project or site engineers during execution, T&C, and plant start-up.

Provide technical support in tendering process, plant improvement initiative, and R&D work.

Other instructions by management.

Job Requirements

Degree/ Diploma in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience.

Related working experience in waste-to-energy, thermal power plants and/or process industries will be an advantage.

Knowledge in engineering, planning and design software.

Experience in project management will be an advantage.

Good communication skills.

Able to work in Tuas. This is a 2 years contract role.
