    Description

    The Department of Pediatrics at the University of Rochester Medical Center (URMC) is looking for a neonatologist to become Chief of the Division of Neonatology. The Division Chief will lead clinical, research, educational, and community engagement activities, recruit new talent, and provide career mentoring. Successful candidates should show evidence of leadership in clinical, academic, and research areas, a dedication to teamwork, and support for faculty growth.

    Qualifications

    • Neonatal-Perinatal fellowship training, board certification, and progressive leadership responsibility in neonatal-perinatal medicine are requirements.
    • The ideal candidate will have an independent scholarly portfolio and a proven track record in research or quality improvement, as well as experience in mentoring trainees and junior faculty.
