    Pay:
    $23-$25/hour DOE with opportunity for increase at 6 months .

    Location:
    This position is 100% remote.

    (You must reside in one of the following locations:
    MT, OR, AR, CA, or NM)

    Schedule:

    32-40 hours/week with a flexible work day.

    Generally available Mon-Fri, normal working hours, with the ability to flex for client and team meetings depending on time zones.

    Who You Are:


    We're seeking a Grant Specialist who will thrive in a dynamic environment, where attention to detail and self-motivation are key.

    The ability to work autonomously while maintaining confidentiality is paramount, as is the capacity to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced setting.

    A positive, collaborative attitude is essential, fostering a culture where creativity, strategic problem-solving, and strong organizational skills drive success.


    Other qualifications include:
    Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (4 years).

    2-3 years experience in grant writing and management for foundation, state, and federal grants or non-profit operations.

    Experience as a grant or grants coordinator, manager, administrator, or writer is a plus, but not required.

    Knowledge of grant writing and management.

    Familiarity with nonprofit budgets and spreadsheet creation.

    Experience in graphic design for charts, flyers, and other materials.

    Understanding of nonprofit organizations.

    Strong writing and editing skills.

    Successful completion of pre-employment references and background check.


    Position Overview:
    Our Grant Specialist will deliver high-quality grant services to 4-6 nonprofit clients.

    This role will involve providing strategic guidance and support to help clients become grant-ready, conducting research to identify optimal grants, crafting clear and compelling grant applications, and consistently meeting grant reporting deadlines.


    A typical day will consist of:


    Act as a consultant to nonprofit organizations, guiding them through the grant process from readiness to submission, ensuring exceptional service throughout.

    Lead 4-6 nonprofit clients to become "grant ready" by assisting in developing grant-related items.

    Organize client information in Google Drive and manage grant-related documents.

    Conduct ongoing grant research to identify suitable funding opportunities for clients.


    Prepare comprehensive grant applications and manage all related deliverables: conducting background research, drafting proposals, developing budgets, and maintaining accurate documentation.

    Coordinate client meetings, ensure timely submission of materials, and track project deliverables. Maintain organized records and support operational tasks as needed.

    Ensure exceptional customer experience through clear communication and regular meetings.

    Understand and effectively communicate the company's services to potential clients.

    Engage in continuous education to stay updated on grant and nonprofit sector trends.

    Perform other duties as assigned to support team and organizational objectives.
