TFG is looking for project managers to help our team grow to better support our customers with aviation software development, aircraft system design, and system integration in military, government, and law enforcement aviation environments. Strong candidates with project management, program management, or technical project management experience are needed to help manage critical projects and support our team to ensure the continued success of our company. Experience with systems integration, aviation maintenance, or operational experience with aircraft or military software applications is highly desired.

Looking for full time, innovative self-starters with the following qualities:

• Assist or manage avionics, software development, and integration projects, maintaining overview and reporting on all aspects of the technical design, integration plan, customer interaction, and cost and schedule
• Capture customer and contract requirements for new efforts and define plans to meet functional, financial, and schedule goals
• Be the focal point for issue resolution with our suppliers and customers, helping with and communicating troubleshooting, redesign, and rework efforts in close collaboration with our engineering and development teams
• Participate and oversee meetings and events for customer implementation, training, ground and flight testing, and periodic design reviews and updates.
• Develop course curriculums/materials and provide training on TFG products and systems.
• Experience writing professional, contract, and technical documentation in English.
• Experience with avionics, weapons, maintenance, modifications, or systems integration in military and/or civilian aircraft is a plus.
• Be willing to work in a fast-paced research and development environment
• Candidate should be eligible for a US Secret Clearance.
