- Respond to customer inquiries via email and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide customers with product information, pricing, and availability
- Process orders and returns in an accurate and efficient manner
- Resolve warranty and customer issues with a high level of customer satisfaction

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
