- Must have 6+ years of experience in Salesforce QA/testing
- Must have 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Service Cloud
- Must have 4+ years of experience in Azure DevOps Test Suite
- Must have 4+ years of experience in Nice in-contact Testing
- SQL: 1 year (Preferred/Optional).
- Selenium/Test Automation or other Test automation tools: 1 year (Preferred).
- Experience in State of Michigan Processes and guidelines (Preferred).
- Should have Salesforce object knowledge such as flows, AppExchange packages, Lightning, Apex, and Significant QA Experience. This can come either in the form of real-world experience or actual hands-on background with Salesforce.
- Knowledge of testing/QA best practices
- Ability to create and utilize test scripts.
