    The Residences at the Detroit EDITION - A very exciting Luxury Condominium New Development Project at the Hudson's site is looking for a talented Project Administrator to assist the sales team

Eager to learn, a go getter, proactive, efficient, and incredibly tidy and organized with great attention to detail.

    General Description

    Reporting to Marketing, Operations and Sales Director, the Project Administrator is responsible for successfully maintaining the appearance and basic office operations of the new development sales office. In order to maintain consistent quality at the on-site office of a New Dev development project, the Project Administrator will work closely with and support the Sales team to ensure the team can effectively and efficiently run a successful development. The responsibilities for this position include reception, administrative support for On-Site Salesperson(s)

    Compensation: $18-23/hour depending on experience level

    Schedule: 10am-6pm, Wednesday-Sunday - however may need to be flexible in regard to client appointments and events

    General Responsibilities

    Physical Space

    • Responsible for the residential gallery and model apartment(s)
    • Open and close sales office
    • Maintains the physical space so it is always show ready
    • Reporting anything that needs to be repaired, cleaned, or touched up
    • Ensure office equipment [including phones, computers and printers] is in working order and manage IT and troubleshoot problems that arise
    • Ensure everything is stocked including food & beverages, office supplies, and sales collateral
    • Supervise cleaning team to make sure their work is up to our standards

    Administration

    • Acts as an initial point of contact/voice of the site
    • Coordinates all vendors - phone and internet companies, cleaning crews, deliveries, vendors for events, etc.
    • Greets all visitors and creates a professional environment in the sales gallery
    • Provides service – gets clients/brokers a beverage and takes the guests coat/umbrella
    • Answers the phone and info email accounts to get back to inquiries within moments of their interest in the site
    • Manages site calendar and schedules daily appointments, weekly meetings/calls, broker events, etc.
    • Send confirmation emails with instructions and necessary paperwork for appointments
    • Keeps inventory of all collateral/supplies in the residential gallery
    • When inventory drops below 25%, alerts marketing so able to order more
    • Purchases office supplies, cleaning supplies, equipment and food & beverages for the sales office
    • Maintains budget report and submit invoices into data base for developers accounts payable department (supplies, events, petty cash, etc)
    • Participates and assists in coordinating special events and promotions such as: Open Houses and Broker Events
    • Assists in updating New Dev database with daily traffic and prospective client reports
