    Job Title: Senior HR Support Representative

    Location: Tualatin, OR Onsite)

    Duration: Initially 1-year contract with potential for extension or conversion

    Hourly rate - $35 - $37.14

    About the Role:

    We are seeking a Senior HR Support Representative with a minimum of 3 years of HR experience and relevant education to join our dynamic team. This role, based in Tualatin, Oregon, will primarily focus on overseeing the offers, approvals, and logistical aspects of the HR process. While not centered on recruitment, this position plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth execution of HR operations.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Maintain and reconcile a Requisition report, ensuring alignment with Ops Ex and ROE as required.
    • Conduct weekly reviews of Requisitions with Staffing, updating reports accordingly.
    • Review Compensation Evaluations.
    • Provide approvals for Req routing and offer routing processes.
    • Publish monthly Req reports to organizational leaders.
    • Manage existing Requisitions with GERA approval.
    • Support in driving Staffing momentum and addressing any obstacles or outdated requisitions.
    • Attend staff meetings across various levels of the organization.
    • Assist in the creation of collateral for staff meetings related to HR initiatives.
    • Collaborate in developing metrics and communication materials for various updates, including:
    • Quarterly Organizational People Roll-Up
    • PMD Review Closure
    • Goal Setting
    • Better Up Participation
    • Grow & Lead Participation
    • Manager Learning Attendance Roll-Up and Opportunities
    • Inclusion & Nudges Participation
    • AB Participation and Spend Summaries
    • Visier Output and Reporting Quarterly for North America and each Account
    • Attrition, SPOC, EX Ratio
    • Pulse Survey by Account
    • AEM Region and by Account

    Requirements:

    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in HR-related roles.
    • Relevant education in HR or related field.
    • Ability to work onsite at our Tualatin campus Monday to Friday, with occasional travel to client locations, particularly Intel in Hillsboro, Oregon.
    • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
