- Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Materials Science or Metallurgy preferred
- 8+ years of leadership experience in engineering and/or qualityrelated roles in a heavy industrial / metals manufacturing plant environment (steel industry experience preferred)
- Must have a strong background in Quality Systems/Standards and be proficient with ISO 9001
- Lean Six Sigma experience
- Stable employment history (candidates who have consecutively short tenures with multiple employers will not be considered)

Location:
Indiana - northern, Logansport area - less than 2 hours from Chicago and/or Indianapolis

Description: In a hands-on and client-facing role, the Quality & Engineering Manager will integrate and oversee all Quality Department and Engineering Department-related activities in a heavy industrial manufacturing plant environment.
Qualifications:
Salary will be commensurate with education/experience. Currently targeting candidates whose experience/skill set will command somewhere around $125K-$140K. However, candidates currently above this (within reason) are still encouraged to apply.
Relocation assistance is available - preferably for candidates requiring a regional relocation or candidates who currently reside outside of the region with a particular desire to be in/around this area.
