- Hybrid Regional/Local – home every other night
- It runs Tuesday through Saturday with 9pm – 2am - start times on Tuesday
- It pays by the hour and has over time.
- It must park in North East MD. The drivers will run the north east.

- DOT Inspection Bonus: $150 for clean inspection; $500 for clean inspection with HAZMAT load.
- Customer Compliment Bonus: $300 per compliment received from a customer (up to 3 per individual customer).
- Thanksgiving Bonus: $35 annual "Turkey Check" toward your Holiday celebration
- Health Insurance: Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance available after 30 days of employment.
- Company Paid Life Insurance: 1.5x annual salary, available on the first of the month following 90 days of employment.
- Voluntary Benefits: Whole Life, Critical Illness, Disability, and Accident Insurance available after 30 days of employment.
- 401(k) Retirement Savings Program with company matching: Available on the first of the month following 90 days of employment; Hermann matches 35% of the first 10% of contributions.

- Paid Holidays: 7.5 paid holidays which include the following:

- Sick Paid Time Off (PTO): 1 week (40 hours) provided annually after 90 days of employment.
- Paid Vacation: Available annually based on tenure, 1 week (40 hours) available first year of employment, pro-rated based on hire date.
- Vacation increases to 2 weeks (80 hours) on January 1 following 2 full years of service.
- Vacation increases to 3 weeks (120 hours) on January 1 following 5 full years of service.
- Vacation increases to 4 weeks (160 hours) on January 1 following 10 full years of service.
