    Seeking an experienced test automation engineer with selenium and java programming to create automation test cases for web applications. Recent computer science graduates are encouraged to apply. Work visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.

    Qualifications

    • Solid Experience in Test Automation: Demonstrated proficiency in designing and implementing test automation frameworks and methodologies.
    • Proficiency in Java Programming: Strong skills in Java, with the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
    • Expertise in Selenium Development: Extensive experience in developing automated tests using Selenium.
    • Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC): Familiarity with various stages of the SDLC, including requirements gathering, design, development, and deployment.
    • Knowledge of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD): Experience with CI/CD tools (like Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.) is highly desirable.
    • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
    • Experience with Test Management Tools: Familiarity with tools like TestRail, JIRA, or similar for test planning and defect tracking.
    • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, necessary for team collaboration and documentation.
    • Education and Certifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Certifications in Java, Selenium, or related technologies are a plus.

    Responsibilities:

    • Develop and Maintain Test Automation Frameworks: Design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable automated test scripts.
    • Write and Execute Test Cases: Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and plans.
    • Integrate Tests into CI/CD Pipeline: Work closely with the DevOps team to integrate automated tests into the continuous integration and deployment processes.
    • Collaborate with Development Teams: Work alongside developers to ensure high-quality software through rigorous testing.
    • Identify and Report Bugs: Identify, record, document thoroughly, and track bugs.
    • Perform Code Reviews: Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding best practices and standards.
    • Stay Up-to-Date with New Testing Tools and Test Strategies: Continuously research, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
    • Enhance Test Automation Strategy: Provide recommendations to improve existing test automation strategies and frameworks.
