    Bright Vision Technologies has an immediate opportunity for

    Plant Manager at Stafford, VA with minimum 10 years of plant management experience.

    Candidate must have permanent work authorization and work for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future. Third party candidates are not eligible for this role.

    Required Skills:
    Candidate must have at least 10 years of plant management experience.
    Candidate must have mining/metals/aggregate industry experience.
    Candidate must be willing to be on call.
    Proven success in turning struggling plants into successful plants.
    Silica/DE or mining experience.
    Lean manufacturing experience.


    Essential functions:
    A Bachelor's Degree in a technical field is preferred but equivalent job experiences will be considered
    Minimum of 5 years of experience in management
    Must be knowledgeable of industrial management, mining, or processing methods and procedures
    Must be skilled in addressing personnel issues (such as identifying training needs, performance measurement, motivation, and skills development), able to identify skillset requirements at plant operational levels, and organize Human Resources to obtain optimum efficiency and results
    Must be able to develop and sustain an atmosphere of cooperation between salaried and union employees, customers, and community leaders while maintaining the objectives of the operation
