    Job Description

    The position will provide accounting and financial advisory support, and Information Technology Support to Aramark?s Business Services center. Roles and responsibilities will include software administration, documenting, processing, data entry, and auditing associated with cash reconciliations.

    Job Responsibilities

    ? Ensure compliance with all SOX key controls included within the ReconNet and Blackline systems.
    ? Responsible for the posting of ledger activity to/from the ReconNet and Blackline systems.
    ? Ensuring all field transmitted banking activity is loaded into the ReconNet and Blackline systems.
    ? Produce daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports used to track reconciliation issues, team progress, and financial risk to the company.
    ? Be able to develop and maintain excel based reporting used to organize large data sets.
    ? Aid in the performance of General Ledger reviews.
    ? Provide support to Cash & Banking team as it relates to errors or issues within the ReconNet and Blackline systems.
    ? May also perform monthly reconciliations for Lockbox, Petty Cash and Gift Card accounts
    ? May also train newly hired employees
    ? Other duties as assigned

    Qualifications

    ? 1+ year experience in bank reconciliations is required.
    ? Experience with ReconNet or Blackline software is a plus.
    ? Strong technical and analytical skills.
    ? Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills. (Vlookups/Pivot Tables)
    ? Knowledge in Oracle Financial is a plus.
    ? Must be a strong team player, highly motivated, and eager to learn.
    ? Ability to deal with diverse groups and various levels of financial and operating personnel.
    ? Associates degree or some college required with a Bachelors in accounting, finance or similar field preferred.
