    Location :

    Within the Southeast Region (GA or FL or anywhere within Southeast region within reasonable distance to a major airport).

    Description:

    The SE Regional Manager will oversee 10-14 outside sales representatives within the SE Region.

    Southeast Region includes (but not limited to) Georgia, Florida, Alabama, North/South Carolina.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage and direct sales region for the achievement of sales goals
    • Build connections with each sales representative within region
    • Meet weekly (by phone or in person) with each sales representative within region
    • Be accessible when team members need assistance Co-travel as needed with each sales representative Communicate company sales policy/direction to each sales representative
    • Provide ongoing education to each sales representative in region regarding the company's brand, culture and mission
    • Provide ongoing education on all Europa brands and products Assist in sourcing candidates and the recruitment of new sales representatives to the region
    • Implement performance improvement plans as needed
    • Identify new sales opportunities in each territory within region
    • Conduct biannual evaluations of each sales representative within region
    • Provide feedback on sales representatives' perspectives on product, advertising and marketing assets
    • Contribute perspective regarding Europa sales policies and direction

    Qualifications

    • Ability to effectively implement both short-term and long-term business strategies
    • A minimum of a 5 years' experience in optical sales management or related fields
    • Proven experience sales leadership, and competence in various sales activities
    • Demonstrated knowledge of organizational strategies and techniques
    • Possession of good networking capabilities
    • Strong analytical skills
