The three main areas the candidate will work on:

• API Testing (Postman)
• Web Performance Testing (JMeter, Gatling, etc.)
• Web Application - Manual Verification

Looking for someone who will value the diversity of working with many teams and willing to work with a high degree of independence.
The top skill – being able to work with multiple teams simultaneously and balancing priorities when each team thinks their deadline is the most important.
The next most important skill – previous experience in software verification using software testing tools like Postman and JMeter.
The third most important skill – I would like a candidate who could show a real example of how they have contributed to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies within their organization.

Remote would be fine but we would expect ~1-2 weeks per year for onsite alignment and team building.

The Position Will:

• Collaborate with multiple development teams to understand project requirements.
• Develop and execute manual & automated test cases to verify the functionality, performance, and security of software applications and APIs for web app features.
• Perform web performance testing, and analyze and track results to build non-functional requirements.
• Conduct regression testing to verify software changes and updates.
• Identify, document, and track software defects and work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution.
• Contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies within the organization.
• Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in software testing.
• Tools used: Apache Jmeter, Python, Databricks, Pyspark, AWS, BlazeMeter, Datadog, Drone, Gatling, Lighthouse, Rally, ADO, Confluence & GitHub.
• In this position you will need to balance your time efficiently while working on multiple projects simultaneously.
