    THE POSITION:
    The Office Assistant provides support to other employees and coordinates business communication

    Must be dependable, friendly, enthusiastic, and self-motivated. Office Experience. General Telephone Skills. Typing. Documentation Skills. Verbal Communication. Written Communication. Organized with attention to detail and accuracy. Reynolds and Reynolds preferred but not mandatory – will train. Excellent organizational and time management skills with ability to follow-through.


    Education and Experience:
    High school diploma or GED certificate preferred. One to three years related experience and/or training. Or equivalent combination of education and experience.


    Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
    Posting invoices Filing Posting payments Processing dealer trades Title / Billing back up Other duties assigned by direct supervisor


    Physical Requirements:
    Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times. Must be able to access and navigate each department at the organization's facilities.
