• Provide spiritual care for patients/caregivers
• Develop, implement, and evaluate care plans
• Liaison with community resources
• Participate in interdisciplinary team conferences
• Deliver health services effectively and professionally
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Participate actively in process improvement

• Master's Degree in Divinity and Clinical Pastoral Education
• Clinical experience in death and dying
• Two years related experience in hospice care
• Basic computer skills
