    We are seeking a Facility Manager to support our maintenance and repair operations. Candidates must have at least three years of Aerospace/Aviation Repair Station 145 Facility Management experience to qualify for the position. Our Facility Manager will be dedicated to the safety of team members, ensures compliance with all FAA, EASA, and customer and company requirements, with delivery of products to customers on time. Our Facility Manager will be self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and driven to succeed. PURPOSE:Lead a continuous improving team that generates increasing profitability. MANDATORY REQUIREMENT:
    • Must have a minimum of 3 years of Facility Management experience in a 145 Repair station, preferrably of safety equipment, or related experience.

    • Ensure compliance with all FAA, EASA, Customer & Company requirements.

    EDUCATION:
    • Bachelor's degree in business, Industrial Distribution, Engineering, or related field.
    • Experience may be accepted instead of education.
    KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
    • Aviation experience a plus.
    • Proficient with Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
    • Ability to learn & use the operating system.
    • Ability to communicate at all levels internal and external to the company.
    • Strong organizational and follow-up skills.

    Must-have qualifications:
    • Aerospace/Aviation Repair Station experience (145 for safety equipment).
    • Minimum three years' experience supervising and leading an aircraft products/component maintenance facility.
