- Assist with daily patient care activities, including bathing, grooming, and feeding
- Take and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, and pulse
- Provide basic medical treatments under the supervision of registered nurses
- Assist with patient transfers and mobility
- Monitor patients and report any changes in condition to the nursing staff
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of patient rooms and common areas
- Adhere to all HIPAA regulations to ensure patient confidentiality
- Assist with medical procedures, such as catheter care or wound dressing changes
