Principle Responsibilities● Capture/creation of high-quality digital images, videos and/or assets for marketing efforts.
● Complete or contribute to marketing projects and campaigns using written communication, graphic design, web design and/or visual story telling.
● Full-scope management of assigned created/captured digital assets.
● Organization and management of all files related to assigned projects.
● Team members may also be asked to manage/curate social media accounts/campaigns.
● Properly manage and maintain any issued equipment.
● Work collaboratively within Digital Media Team and other departments to complete projects.
● Other duties or projects as assigned by SBR leadership
● Abide by policies and procedure outlined in the SBR staff handbook
Qualifications & Training● 18 years of age or older
● Training or significant experience in relevant field of study: Examples include but not limited to: Photography, Photojournalism, videography, graphic design, web design, marketing, or social media management.
● Proficiency using relevant editing/production software (Adobe Creative Suite Preferred)
● Staff will need to manage their time and workflow to complete assigned tasks/projects
● Ability to use Microsoft Teams daily for work related communication and coordination
● Be or become a registered member of the Boy Scouts of America
Performance Results● Meet/exceed expectations as agreed upon with supervisor/as listed on performance review.
● Contribute positively to Summit marketing efforts through completion of assigned projects.
● Positively represent and promote the Summit to existing and potential customers and guests.
● Create/document memorable moments to tell the "Summit Story"
Physical Requirements● Up to 10 hours a day of either standing, walking, hiking, and the ability to lift 50 lbs.
