- Coordinates, attends, and/or presents at meetings with school district leadership teams as requested;
- Serves as a resource and advisor to the CBO team members and school district leadership teams;
- Attends and/or presents at Board of Education meetings as requested;
- Supervises and directs the CBO staff and is responsible for all personnel matters related to the CBO staff;
- Oversees, offers guidance to, and is responsible for the CBO services provided to participating school districts;
- Ability to build collaborative relationships with CBO team members and school district leadership teams and the Board of Education;
- Continue to cultivate a healthy culture and improve the employee experience at the CBO;
- All BOCES leaders are expected to assume additional responsibilities when assigned.
- NYS certification in School District Business Leader (SDBL) with three (3) years of experience working within the field of school district finance; or
