    Pikeville Nursing and Rehab -

    Pikeville Nursing and Rehab, NEW WAGE SCALE, INCENTATIVE OFFERED we provide upmost quality of life, restorative, medical, and rehabilitation services for our residents. Our nurses are responsible for the plan of care, clinical assessments, safety, and coordination of care.

    Shifts Available:


    7pm-7am



    Responsibilities:

    • Perform various duties to provide quality nursing care to residents to maintain their highest practical level of function.

    • Make rounds to see each resident daily and as needed.

    • Assess residents and analyze information to develop appropriate interventions.

    • Administer medications and treatments to residents.

    • Maintain accountability for controlled substances.



    Qualifications:

    • This position requires a current valid Licensed Nurse issued in the state where the person will practice, and the candidate must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing.

    • Must have thorough knowledge of nursing, techniques, and practices.

    • Must have a thorough knowledge of the specialized procedures applied, and equipment used, in the assigned unit.

    • Must be able to demonstrate leadership and organizational skills, and provide positive attitude, direction, and discipline for the nursing staff.

    • Up-to-date physical assessment skills and comprehensive knowledge of nursing principles are required.

    • Must be CPR certified.

    • Recent experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing and experience preferred.
