    Insight Global is looking for a Strategic Sourcing Specialist in Irvine, CA to work for an aerospace start up that is developing eVTOL aircraft and technologies. In this role, they will be responsible for carrying out procurement processes domestically and internationally, including standard operating processes (RFP, negotiation, vendor management, cost analytics). They will work closely with stakeholders throughout the company on projects by designing requirements and identified outcomes in order to qualify spending, vendor selection and agreement negotiations, as well as administration of such agreements. Overall, this role will be supplemental to the growth and ramp up of completed projects including the process for optimization for maximum efficiency. This will be required to work on-site 5 days / week. Additional responsibilities include:

    Lead purchasing processes and systems for products and services required by Engineering and other departments

    Follow processes to conduct RFI, RFP, supplier selection, evaluation and facilitation to achieve continuous delivery.

    Assist project teams to attain SOW, requirements, outcomes, etc. to identify and partner with vendors/partners.

    Analyze supplier bid performance

    Integrate the program, product and in-service initiatives into supplier selection, negotiation and other strategies.

    Prepare and implement negotiated contractual documents and binding agreements including pricing and contract terms & conditions.

    Manage supply and demand, schedules, supplier delivery and financial performance.
