Insight Global is looking for a Programmer Analyst to join a Large Manufacturing client in Crawfordsville, IN.

The Programmer Analyst will be responsible for meeting project deadlines, making sure they can communicate if they are on or ahead of schedule, have to make sure manager knows what they need, and making sure product delivery consistency is the same.

70% of this role will be spent on projects to expand their current laser measurement system.

They want to remain at the top end of this laser measurement technology so the company will pay for hands on training to continue learning.

This laser measurement system will scan the unfinished product, pull the order data from their ERP system and determine the most efficient way to use the product.

The remaining 30% of this role will be doing break fix work across the plant on minor issues such as computer hardware, wiring and cabling.

They will be responsible for over 150 computers and 3+ laser systems onsite at the facility.

This is with a leading manufacturer in the United States and is a permanent 5 day a week onsite role.

Experience with Rockwell Historian, Siemens WinCC, MES, QMS, SCADA, DCS

Networking/Cabling experience in a manufacturing environment

Experience with LMI technologies or Keyonce America laser measurement systems

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent experience

* 3+ years of professional IT experience preferably as a Programmer Analyst, Systems Analyst, Systems Engineer or Database Administrator

* 2+ years experience or exposure scripting in C# or Visual Basic

1+ experience working within SQL Database/writing and executing queries to pull data
