    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Finance Director to join our team in a hybrid position, based in MO.

    As a key member of the US leadership team and reporting into the VP of Finance for Introba, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the financial direction of the US Region.

    Job Summary

    We are seeking a Finance Director to join our team in a hybrid position, based in MO.

    As a key member of the US leadership team and reporting into the VP of Finance for Introba, the successful candidate will play a crucial role in shaping the financial direction of the US Region.

    Responsibilities & Qualifications


    Duties and Responsibilities:

    Financial Planning and Analysis:
    Develop and implement comprehensive financial plans and budgets aligned with the region's strategic goals.

    Conduct regular financial analysis and forecasting to provide insights into business performance and support decision-making processes.


    Risk Management:
    Assess and manage financial risks, implementing strategies to mitigate potential issues.

    Stay abreast of industry trends and economic indicators to anticipate potential challenges and opportunities.


    Financial Reporting:
    Oversee the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, ensuring compliance with relevant accounting standards and regulations.

    Present financial reports to the US leadership team, providing clear insights and recommendations.


    Cash Flow Management:
    Manage cash flow to optimize working capital and support operational needs.

    Implement effective cash management strategies to ensure liquidity and financial stability.


    Financial Leadership:
    Collaborate with executive leadership to develop and execute financial strategies that support the region's growth and expansion plans.


    Compliance and Governance:
    Ensure compliance with relevant financial regulations, laws, and industry standards.

    Implement and maintain robust internal controls and governance processes.


    Team Leadership:
    Lead and mentor the US finance team, fostering a culture of accountability, professional development, and collaboration.

    Build cross-functional relationships with other departments to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.

    Proven experience as a financial leader in a similar capacity within the engineering services or related industry.

    Strong understanding of financial management, accounting principles, and regulatory compliance.

    Excellent analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.

    Effective communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.

    Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing finance team.

    Proven track record of driving financial success and contributing to organizational growth.
