    Molecular Pathology and Cytogenetics Professional


    We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our Molecular Pathology and Cytogenetics team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in molecular diagnostics, cytogenetics, and laboratory management.

    About the Role



    • Leverage your expertise to develop and implement advanced diagnostic testing strategies.

    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.

    • Pursue research opportunities to advance knowledge in molecular pathology and cytogenetics.

    The successful candidate will be appointed as faculty at a prominent academic institution, contributing to teaching, mentoring, and training of residents, fellows, students.


    # Key Responsibilities Include:

    1. Clinical Leadership: Provide clinical oversight for patients undergoing genetic testing.
    2. Diagnostics Development: Develop new tests based on emerging technologies like Next-Generation Sequencing (NGS) or other cutting-edge methods for detecting inherited diseases.<|reserved_special_token_149|>Cancer Biomarkers Detection:
      Work closely with clinicians from Hematology/Oncology departmentsto identify cancer biomarkers helping them make informed treatment decisionsfor theirpatients. 
      Please note that this is not an exhaustive list of tasks; you would work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders across various departments, ensuring alignmentwith organizational goalsandproviding inputtointroduceeffective changes

    This position requiresa Ph.D.in Biological Sciencesor related field(e.g.,Molecular Biology,Cytopathology,Hematopathology), withextensive postdoctoral experienceinmolecular diagnostics,laboratorymanagement,routinecytologictechniquesandinstrumentation(FlowCytometry,Microscopy).Additionally,you shouldhave relevant certifications,and proven track recordof leadership/motivating/collaboratingteamsofscientists,includingsignificantcontributionsresearchpublicationsandequipmentmaintenance/keyoperationedevelopment.Public Speaking skills,wouldbean assetPreferably,candidate willobservettickschematafordisseminationiscsavestateintegralregionprogressindicativecertfeducationnon-oriented*** On siteLaboratorywork&
