- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum of two (2) - three (3) years of prior relevant work experience
- Broad understanding of event and hospitality industry
- Attention to detail, and multi-tasking ability
- Effective oral and written communication and computer skills are required
- Ability to work within a team environment and collaborate
- Knowledge of the University organization, policies, procedures, and regulations

Description
-As the Event Planner, you will be responsible for planning and execution of full service conferences and events. Primary customers will be internal to Purdue University. Serve as part of a planning team that takes delegation from the Director. You will provide excellent customer service ensuring delivery of Purdue Conferences value proposition through value to customer and quality experience.
This is a hybrid position where you will work on campus in West Lafayette and the opportunity to work some remotely.
