- Support the Superintendent in overseeing construction at IMT Via Avanti, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and up to quality standards
- Manage subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers to ensure work meets plans and specifications
- Track construction progress, report delays to management, and assist in obtaining subcontractor proposals
- Create and update daily project schedules using ProCore, oversee subcontractor meetings, and manage RFI's
- Collaborate with the project manager support team, architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure effective project execution
- Cultivate positive relationships with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or equivalent
- Experience in construction field
- Strong knowledge of best construction practices and ability to follow plans
- Exceptional leadership, decision-making, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ProCore
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively, excellent time management, and organizational skills
- Positive attitude, problem-solving skills, and a valid driver's license
