    LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an experienced Litigation Paralegal for a permanent job opportunity in Jacksonville, Florida. We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented professional for this position. You will be responsible for drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents and correspondence; assembling documents, outlines, and exhibits for court filings, mediations, depositions, and hearings; drafting discovery responses; calendaring and deadline management; legal research and fact finding; and other tasks as assigned. The ideal candidate will be a pleasure to work with and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.

    Qualifications:

    • 3+ years of litigation experience, required
    • Experience in construction litigation, preferred
    • Strong computer proficiency, especially with MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and Adobe Acrobat
    • Superb grammar, communication and interpersonal skills with a helpful, proactive mindset
    • Understanding of litigation procedures, discovery process, and service of process
    • Solid organizational and time management skills
    • High accuracy and attention to detail when proofreading and typing
