Job summary
The primary responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to Load cash data trouble shoot issues and run daily cash match in PFI Complete miscellaneous routine tasks such as running and monitoring of autorecon refresh SEC ID and setup of Model 2 Provide daily operational support to our customer base by researching and resolving incidents submitted through the Service Request System SRS Accurately set up and maintain records such as portfolios bank accounts and general ledger information in PFI and other systems as assigned Understand the flow of information within the core systems Develop implement process improvements Participate in testing of information processed through software applications as well as new releases Maintain a general understanding of the technology that supports the division business processes Facilitate completion entitlement reviews for multiple systems Off hour support is required to complete cash match during Cedar Rapids early morningQualifications
Bachelors degree Business area discipline Finance Accounting or related field or equivalent education experience 2-4 years relevant experience financial services industry Working knowledge investment products Strong computer skills required Proficient Microsoft Office PAM systems knowledge required Aladdin GEAC systems knowledge plus Demonstrated success team player self starter Ability prioritize work on multiple assignments with limited supervision Accept changing priorities address issues swiftly professionally- Bachelors degree Business area discipline Finance Accounting or related field or equivalent education/experience
- 2-4 years relevant experience financial services industry
