Job Profile Summary - Provide "super-user" support for business applications including but not limited to:
- Develop solutions for user requirements
- Provide key user interface with IT staff for system maintenance and enhancement issues
- Provide system training to new users
- Eliminate vendor costs where possible

JOB SUMMARY
ONEOK is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to provide comprehensive support for data and reporting solutions.
This individual will serve as a key contact for internal customers and will be responsible for addressing inquiries, troubleshooting, and educating employees on data visualization and reporting technologies.
The ideal candidate has a passion for excellent customer service, advanced communication skills, proven troubleshooting experience, Processing Plant Operational experience/understanding, an understanding of data structures, and a good working knowledge of modern reporting solutions.
An ideal candidate would also have experience in PI, Power BI and/or TIBCOSpotfire.This role collaborates closely with Operations to deliver meaningful data and visualizations to support business processes.
Work assignments are often unique or highly complex requiring analysis of situations/data and evaluation of intangibles, often providing solutions that are highly creative.
