The Platform Engagement Associate will play a crucial role in ensuring both newly onboarded and existing clients fully realize the value of the Vestwell platform.This position requires a proactive data-driven problem solver who understands client engagement operational strategy platform adoption tactics you should be adept at identifying challenges creating tailored solutions to achieve agreed-upon KPIs you need to be willing able to analyze data engage directly with our clients
