    In collaboration with the People Team, the

    Data Analyst


    will develop People metrics dashboard and serve as a data expert and point of contact for all People reporting and analytics.


    You will be responsible for all people data, reporting and analytics and serves as data expert across the People function.


    Job Location:
    Remote role but candidate must be located in/near Scottsdale, Akron, or Chicago.


    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
    Build and automate comprehensive People team dashboard.

    Independently handle advanced and complex analytics tasks, providing HR analytics expertise that enables leadership and decision-making through insightful and predictive people and organizational data.

    Act as an analytics authority, managing a diverse group of stakeholders including senior executives, business leaders, HR professionals, and others.

    Provide high-level expertise in HR data, offering insights, trends, forecasts, and addressing workforce-centric issues with data-informed solutions.
    Apply advanced analytics and data modeling skills to merge quantitative findings with other inputs. Utilize trending, forecasting, simulations, statistical methods, correlation analysis, and other techniques to generate comprehensive insights and recommendations.
    Address ad-hoc analytics requests with innovative and creative data visualization, storytelling, and communication. Translate complex data and concepts into actionable insights for stakeholders and clients.

    Develop Power BI solutions as part of our digital transformation, aiming to automate people analytics products for improved standardization, efficiency, team performance, and client self-service capabilities.

    Manage and oversee team tasks with meticulous attention to detail and discretion, especially when dealing with sensitive people data.
    Offer expertise in data models and platforms, including ETL tools, and techniques, to meet complex work delivery requirements.

    Enhance skills and knowledge across the HR community and business, 'demystifying' people data and analytics to aid in business planning and decision-making processes.

    Contribute to the growth and performance of our team by coaching, mentoring, and effective collaboration. Foster an inclusive work environment and participate in team activities for engagement and fun.

    KNOWLEDGE,


    SKILLS AND ABILITIES:
    Bachelor's degree is strongly preferred.
    Minimum of 3 years of data analytics experience required (including design, integrations, and dashboarding).
    Proven ability to collaborate with others especially when projects or activities intersect in different areas.
    Ability to demonstrate business acumen and be value focused.
    Solid written and verbal communication skills.
    Responds in an effectively disciplined way when events occur unexpectedly
    Proven ability to accurately collect information in order to understand and assess the customer's needs and situation.
    Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and provide timely follow-up resolution.
    Capable of learning new software and technology and testing new concepts in a sandbox environment.
    Strong organization skills and flexibility; able to change priorities to support business strategies.
    Proven ability to manage several complex projects simultaneously while working under pressure to meet deadlines.
    Strong analytical skills and a thorough knowledge of HR policies and procedures.
    Remains disciplined to maintaining a high degree of confidentiality.
