Job summary

The Front Office Coordinator is responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service while assuming responsibility for the efficient, productive, and professional operation of the front office which includes patient reception,
scheduling of patients,
collecting patient demographic,
insurance information,
and collecting patient payments.

This position will be required to float to West Valley locations.

  • Promptly greets and acknowledges patients.
  • Instructs patients in completion of medical history and patient information forms.
  • Obtains accurate demographic insurance information financial contract consent on patient paperwork reviewing patients guarantors to obtain accurate documents populated signed correctly ensuring all necessary authorizations referrals attached appointment date service
