~ NO OB CALL REQUIREMENTS, deliver as desired
~ OB Hospitliasts coverage 24/7 with WHNPs, PAs and midwives as part of care team
~ All deliveries at BV Hospital, practice locations adjacent to BVH
~Surgery team on-call to assist
~ Base salary that continues beyond the first contract term, wRVU bonus, loan assistance, signing bonus, relocation, CME stipend
~ Loan support during or following training (your choice of monthly, quarterly or annual stipend)

Autonomy and input with schedule, volumes and practice operations
Local administration with all decision-making in BV Hospital in Findlay
