- Conduct studies to determine the most efficient sequence of operations and workflow and recommends methods, technology for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel.
- Analyze and develop manufacturing processes to drive and following up manufacturing targets (Safety, Delivery, Quality, Productivity, Cost) and actions on unit level through safe, innovative and competitive processes.
- Provide engineering service and advice to industrial engineering activities; design FLOW standards by using LEAN methodology, define production methods, technology, factory layout, line level layout, material replenishment and material utilization with the goal of improving overall operations efficiency
- Define Process FMEA base of flow.
- Execute Manufacturing development action, CAPEX in line with global manufacturing strategy.
- Support NPCI and change management in unit.
- Understand specific client needs or technical specifications, parts drawings, and other engineering data to develop new techniques and estimate time requirements for each step and total cost of the project.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical)
- 2-3 years electrical or engineering experience
- Knowledge & experience of industrial equipment and machinery
- Knowledge of common manufacturing methods and processes
- Knowledge of industrial engineering systems and tools
- Project management skills and experience
- Experience of construction industry and industrial relations management
- Understand the principles of Lean and Six Sigma
