Compensation Manager .

In this role, you will work alongside a close-knit team of 4, with the flexibility to work from home 2 days a week.

In the realm of Compensation Strategy and Design, you will lead the development, implementation, and enhancement of compensation strategies aligned with company goals and industry benchmarks.

This involves collaborating closely with HR leadership to refine job roles, salary structures, and incentive programs, while conducting thorough analyses of market trends, economic indicators, and industry data to provide well-informed compensation recommendations.

Required Skills:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

5+ years of experience in compensation analysis and strategy.

Proficiency in data analysis and compensation software.

Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.


Preferred Skills:
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation.

Master's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.

Experience with project management in a compensation setting.

Familiarity with HRIS systems and tools.

Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.


Compensation:
$70,000-$120,000

Salary is based on a range of factors that include relevant experience, knowledge, skills, other job-related qualifications .
