Operating acute care hospitals, behavioral health facilities, outpatient facilities and ambulatory care access points, an insurance offering, a physician network and various related services located all over the U.S.
States, Washington, D.C., Puerto Rico and the United Kingdom.Performs duties directly involved in a variety of technical procedures in Ultrasound. Assists the Director in daily operations for Ultrasound such as planning, organizing, staffing, regulatory compliance and personnel supervision.
Qualifications
Successful completion of an accredited program in Ultrasonography
A minimum of three years experience as a Ultrasound Technologist. Previous supervisory experience preferred.
Must have an American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers certification in Abdomen or Ob-Gyn. Must obtain Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT) credentials within 1 year of hire.
AHA or ARC BLS (Basic Life Support) Healthcare Provider card showing completion of cognitive and skills evaluation in accordance with the curriculum of AHA BLS (CPR & AED) program required.
Requires knowledge and technical skills to use a variety of specialized imaging equipment and related procedures; exceptional interpersonal relationship skills; and requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while completing multiple and simultaneous tasks.
