Job Summary: Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing management of comprehensive Quality Management Systems (QMS) programs across assigned plants. Ensure these QMS programs align with contract specifications, industry standards, and best practices by establishing and maintaining robust quality surveillance initiatives.
Job Duties:

• Spearhead daily quality initiatives
• Drive facility and operational compliance
• Champion continuous quality improvement by fostering communication with team members
• Oversee the calibration of measuring and testing equipment
• Collaborate with team members to develop and implement solutions for preventing and correcting quality issues
• Conduct product and process audits to guarantee adherence to standard

Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience managing a QMS in a related field; or Technical training, Non-destructive testing experience or Bachelor's degree
• Familiar with ISO / AAR Quality Management System
• Knowledge of machining processes (lathe, boring mill, drill and tap)
• Process auditing experience
• Problem solving / Root Cause Analysis
