Work Schedule :
FTE, based on the candidate\'s preference. 14, 12, 10 and 8 hour shifts available to provide flexibility. Weekend and/or PM shift commitments optional for additional compensation. Some weekend, night, Holiday and pager call may apply at some locations.
This position will be assigned a primary work location but must also be willing to work at any of the following locations:
University Hospital, American Family Children\'s Hospital, East Madison Hospital, Madison Surgery Center, and the Digestive Health Center in Madison, WI
Pay :
Case mix may include:
neuro, spines, ortho trauma, ob/gyn surgery, acute general surgery, transplant, plastics, trauma, cath lab, and outpatient surgery.

Education :
Minimum - * Masters or Doctorate degree from accredited CRNA or AA program
Licenses and Certifications :
Minimum - If Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist: * Active RN license in WI AND * Active national certification from National Board of Certified and Recertification for Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)
