Job Description

The Maintenance Lead Technician is a frontline leadership role responsible for coordinating daily activities of the maintenance team ensuring safe reliable and efficient operation of plant equipment.

• Coordinate and assign daily maintenance tasks based on priority staffing production needs Provide hands-on guidance troubleshooting support technical direction to maintenance technicians Ensure work completed safely efficiently in accordance with plant standards Support onboarding skill development for new existing team members Reinforce positive accountable team culture aligned with company values

• Perform oversee preventive predictive corrective maintenance activities Troubleshoot mechanical electrical instrumentation issues real-time Assist root-cause analysis RCA implementation corrective preventive actions CAPA Support planned shutdowns coordinating tasks resources timelines
