    Description

    Job Summary:
    We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager with a minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in construction management, particularly in SCIF (Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility) construction projects
    The ideal candidate will have a strong background in overseeing and managing construction projects, including self-performed trades
    This position requires exceptional leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels

    Responsibilities:
    1

    Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgetary constraints.

    Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.

    Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues or risks, and ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

    Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, drawings, and change orders, and ensure all necessary approvals and permits are obtained.

    Lead and supervise onsite construction teams, including self-performed trades, subcontractors, and labor crews, to ensure work is performed efficiently, safely, and according to project requirements.

    Monitor project budgets, expenses, and resource allocations, and implement cost- saving measures and strategies as needed.

    Communicate regularly with clients, stakeholders, and project team members to provide updates on project status, address concerns or issues, and ensure alignment with project goals and objectives.

    Facilitate meetings, workshops, and progress reviews to foster collaboration, problem-solving, and decision-making among project team members.

    Maintain a thorough understanding of government regulations, security protocols, and clearance requirements related to SCIF construction projects (including ICD-705 and TEMPEST requirements)

    Uphold a strong commitment to quality, integrity, and professionalism in all aspects of project management and construction operations

    Qualifications:
    1
    Top Secret Clearance a Plus but not required.
    2

    Minimum of 7 years of experience in construction project management, with a focus on SCIF construction projects and projects at secure and hardened facilities.

    Proven experience managing self-performed trades, subcontractors, and construction teams.
    4
    Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and materials, with a focus on security-sensitive environments.

    Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

    Proficiency in project management software and tools, such as Procore, Primavera P6, or Microsoft Project.

    Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

    Thorough understanding of relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
    9
    PMP certification or other relevant professional certifications preferred
