    Take your ambitions to the next level In this multi-faceted client facing role, you will be responsible for helping our clients achieve business success by making data understandable and actionable. You will participate in requirements gathering sessions, identify and implement KPIs, measures, dimensions, and other key business drivers to run and improve the clients overall business. Your experience in Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence Architecture design, along with your expertise in ETL, Data Modeling, and other Microsoft Azure based data/analytical services, will allow you to successfully implement our data and analytics solutions.

    The successful candidate will help determine data and analytical requirements by analyzing client operations and applications; reviewing objectives, key business metrics and enterprise reporting requirements with clients; evaluating current systems, and helping define the architecture/ETL strategies for moving data from heterogeneous source systems to a data warehouse and making that data accessible through various reporting applications (e.g., Power BI). The candidate should be well versed in cloud-based vs on-premise data options. The candidate will help define processes to ensure that the client's business goals and objectives are met by the proposed data architecture and design, and lead the data design and integration effort, including data sourcing and transformation. The candidate will play a key role in developing advanced data and analytical solutions.

    When it just clicks

    Experience:

    + in architecture, design and development of data integration (ETL) solutions, including data quality and master data management - primarily using Microsoft technologies;

    + with transactional and/or dimensional conceptual and logical data modeling;

    + architecting, designing and developing reporting and analytics solutions;

    + designing and developing advanced analytics solutions, both on-premises and cloud-based;

    + dealing with all levels of business and technical personnel.

    Strong experience with the following technologies:

    + Database Technologies: T-SQL, MDX, DAX, Microsoft SQL Server, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, Azure Data Lake, or other cloud Data Service Providers;

    + Data Integration: SSIS, Azure Data Factory, Databricks, or other enterprise ETL tools;

    + Reporting/Analytics: Power BI, SSAS, SSRS, Excel.

    Strong verbal and written communications;

    Ability to:

    + quickly gain expertise in new technologies and train team members and external clients;

    + provide technical leadership in the delivery of data warehouse/business intelligence solutions.

    Experience with (preferred):

    + Master Data Management, Metadata Management, Data Governance, Data Strategies and Assessments, Data Modeling;

    + Big Data, Data Lake, Column-Oriented Datastores, and various other on-premises and cloud-based advanced data technologies;

    + estimating projects and writing project proposal documents;

    + Microsoft Dynamics AX/D365 Finance & Operations;

    + TimeXtender or other Data Warehouse Automation tools;

    + Data Modeling tools;

    + hardware architectures and configurations;

    + pre-sales demonstrations.
